Serge De Boni, PhD  

Serge founded Argenius in 2010. During his career Serge has been challenged on numerous supply and manufacturing network issues of large and small companies in various industries. He helped his customers to make the best decision in various business challenges. A short and non-exhaustive list of his achievements is given here. Serge had unique opportunities to listen to owners and operators of complex supply and manufacturing networks, to acquire critical data, analyze and structure them, build models and run dynamic simulations to answer strategic and operational questions. The challenges he faced were often demanding non-conventional and counter-intuitive solutions. From the knowledge and practice acquired he developed a unique top-down approach to design supply and manufacturing networks.
